MY NARRATIVE
Initially, I embarked on my journey in the education sector, gaining valuable insights into the challenges that youth encounter. I found myself drawn to the idea of fostering comprehensive well-being initiatives for young people, aiming to empower them to nurture their overall wellness and remove any obstacles hindering their educational progress.
As time went on, my interest with youth mental health and psychology grew, propelling me toward a new career path of counselling.

What does counselling involve?
Counselling begins with finding the right therapist for you. My counselling approach is person-centred and places the individual at the heart of the healing process. I create a safe and empathetic environment where you can openly express your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
This method encourages self-discovery and self-acceptance, empowering you to make meaningful choices and progress towards personal growth and positive change in your life.
I use a range of techniques uniquely tailored to you such as narrative therapy, sandtray therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and trauma informed approaches. My practise is welcoming of all cultures and LGBTQIA+.
I specialise in working with children and youth. With a background in education, I have experience in working with the complexities of youth mental health. My specialisation also includes supporting youth on the Autism Spectrum to manage challenges in their lives.
