Your personalised path to healing
Counselling begins with finding the right therapist for you. My counselling approach is person-centred and places the individual at the heart of the healing process. I create a safe and empathetic environment where you can openly express your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
This method encourages self-discovery and self-acceptance, empowering you to make meaningful choices and progress towards personal growth and positive change in your life. I use a range of techniques uniquely tailored to you such as narrative therapy, sandtray therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and trauma informed approaches. My practise is welcoming of all cultures and LGBTQIA+.
